Additional sleeping space with a Double sofa bed in the lounge area, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably.
The apartment also includes two bathrooms, a fully self-contained kitchen (no oven), and a combined lounge/dining area. Guests can enjoy their meals or relax on the private outdoor deck with seating.

This split-level apartment offers air-conditioning and ceiling fans in key areas to keep you comfortable year-round.

    • Parking is first-come, first-served, with a height limit of 2.06m for our secure underground car park. For additional vehicles, theBruce Bishop Car Park is located nearby.

    • Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

    • Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

    • Late Check-Out: Available until 12:00 PM for an additional fee of $30.00.

    • Guests can cancel their reservation without penalty up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s accommodation.

    • No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation will be charged for one night’s accommodation.

    • Early Departures: Guests who check out prior to their original departure date will not receive a refund for any unused nights, parking fees, or additional charges.

  • By booking a stay at Tiki Hotel Surfers Paradise, you agree to the following terms:

    • Security Bond: Upon check-in, guests are required to provide a $200 security bond via a physical credit or debit card. This is a pre-authorisation that will be released after check-out, provided there is no damage or outstanding charges.

    • If a guest does not have a physical card, the $200 bond will be charged and refunded upon departure once the room has been checked by hotel management.
      Processing times for the release of pre-authorisations may vary depending on your bank.

    • Housekeeping: Housekeeping is offered to guests staying five or more nights, with a mid-stay service provided halfway through your stay.

    • Additional Beds: Cots are available free of charge with advance notice. Rollaway beds are available for $35 per night, with advance notice required.

    • Smoking Policy: Tiki Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area on Level 1. Smoking in non-designated areas is a violation of the house rules.

    • Pet Policy: Tiki Hotel is not a pet-friendly property. Only registered service animals are permitted, and proof of registration may be required upon check-in.

    • Parking:
      Parking is subject to availability and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
