Positioned on the banks of the Nerang River, just a short stroll from Cavill Avenue, the GLink Tram, Cavill Mall and Surfers Paradise beach, Tiki Hotel Apartments are in the perfect location to base yourself whilst exploring all the Gold Coast has to offer - from the golden beach’s to the Hinterland, Outlet shopping, Theme Parks and much more.

Our 1 bedroom apartments are ideal for families with up to 2 adults & 3 children (sharing a double sofa bed & with a single foldout bed) Perfect for the larger family (or a group of friends catching up ) is our 3 bedroom apartment (sorry we only have the one so you will need to be quick booking this room!) With 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with walk-in showers) this split level apartment also has an outdoor deck with table & chairs - its the perfect room for up to 6 adults. (Located on Level 1 it”s really close to the Swimming Pool as well)

Take advantage of our Superior one bedroom apartments whereby the rate includes your Accommodation, Daily Carparking, and Unlimited Free Wifi! We have a limited number of these rooms available - and they are on the top 3 floors of the hotel and are those rooms with the best views of the Nerang River, Hinterland and Northern Skyline ( well we think so) On Leve1 1 our guests can be found enjoying our family-friendly facilities including 2 BBQ areas, Herb Garden ( just for our guests use) Swimming Pool & water slide .

Whilst Tiki Hotel Apartments does not have a restaurant we are just a short stroll from numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars. Nearby attractions include Q1 SkyPoint Observation Deck, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Infinity, and Gold Coast Wax Museum to name but a few. Whilst Broadbeach , Dracula’s Cabaret Restaurant and Pacific Fair a just a short tram ride or car drive away.
